Shipping Information

Shipping is done with Australia post. 

The customer is charged exactly what we are paying for postage.

Shipping cost is based on the weight of your order.

Shipping options are standard or express shipping via Aus Post.

Please allow 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped to you. Due to the global pandemic shipping times are delayed and may take several more days to arrive to you. Please see the Australia Post website for current approximate shipping times to your country. If you are purchasing for a certain event or date please purchase far in advance as shipping dates cannot be promised at the moment.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
